Hi, I’m Cristal Sosa and I want to be healthy and cultivate wellness with you!

I’ve created this blog to explore the many ways we can grow healthy together! From eating healthy, working out, trying a new skincare routine, creating healthy relationships or cultivating a fruit filled prayer routine, I am here to join you on your journey of being the best version of you! Writing on Music, Wellness, Faith, and Art/Culture

Music

Music is a wonderful force and a beautiful way of expression. It is also the universal language of the world. Through music exploration, we can cultivate wellness in amazing ways by using it as tool towards self-expression, healing, and spiritual growth.

Wellness

Wellness encompasses a multitude of areas from skincare, nutrition, medicine, relationships, finances, environment, and more. Through exploring wellness in all it’s facets, we can gain a better understanding of the importance of it, what it entails, and how to integrate healthy habits into our everyday lives to life.

Faith

An important virtue and very important to me. Faith is something that every culture has and is expressed in different ways for different reasons. Personally my Catholic faith is what drives me and pushes me in my life. My relationship with Jesus is something I want to share and include in all of my endeavors. Through faith exploration, we can grow in our relationship with Jesus and open ourselves to the works of the Holy Spirit in this blog.

Art/Culture

Art has many forms and different cultures all around the world have used art. Whether to tell stories, pass down traditions, or express themselves, art has been around for a while and can be used in the space of wellness and inner healing.

Lately, my favorite painting has been Rembrandt’s The Prodigal Son.

Through the exploration of art, we can use this form of expression to connect with the human condition and that in itself can lead us towards wellness.
